This is our first Recipe Resource Blog Link Up!
Do you have a favourite "free from" recipe? Something which is easy, fail safe, popular with the kids? Your go-to meal when pushed for time, or something quick and healthy which freezes well? There are many "free from" Bloggers out there - recipes don't have to be MEWS free or few ingredients recipes, they can be gluten free, dairy free etc.
To enter, click on the Link up button below and follow the instructions. Please take care to follow the three simple rules below. Happy linking!
Rules
1) You must specify which foods your recipe EXCLUDES
2) Make your reason for entering your chosen recipe clear - i.e. why it is a favourite. If you are entering an "old" post maybe add a line to explain why it's a favourite.
and lastly:-
3) The Recipe Resource takes no responsibility for anyone testing a recipe listed within this link-up, it is your responsibility to check ingredients carefully. (i.e. not everyone is always clear about gluten containing foods so if a recipe says it is "gluten free" please CHECK when following it with your own ingredients.
I haven't blogged as I've only just joined the free club by giving up wheat. Hoping for some inspiration
ReplyDeleteIf you search on the right (Google search widget was fab but has been broken for months so I have added my own) for wheat free or gluten free you will find some ideas :) Also the tabbed pages (above) might be useful? Thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteI've no recipes to link up but will be interested to come back and see some more ideas.
ReplyDeleteWill remember this new linky!
ReplyDeleteA great idea for a linky, I shall come back and glean some inspiration from all you clever cooks :-)
ReplyDeletePopping over from the Blog Support fb group so I don't have any recipes but will remember to point some 'free from' friends your way.
ReplyDeletealways love a good linky! will be sure to link up when I next post a recipe :) x
ReplyDeleteWe have a delicious veggie recipe and free from cake recipe all ready :) thanks for all the comments ladies. I think the gnocchi recipe is possible to make "more" "free from" with a little work too.
ReplyDeleteWe're vegan at the mo' and my oldest has food allergies. It was a struggle when he was younger but it's a breeze now.
ReplyDeleteSounds interesting..
ReplyDeleteLook forward to seeing some recipes
What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteI'll be coming here next time we're expecting a visitor who needs special food that tastes great
ReplyDeleteThat a good idea .x
ReplyDeleteHmm, I have a few vegetarian recipes. So basically meat-free. Don't know if that qualifies?
ReplyDeleteVaidehi - not really... although my daughter loves vegetarian food as she has trouble chewing meat. We are after recipes excluding the main allergens such as dairy, soya, wheat, gluten etc but sometimes regular recipes can be adjusted with substitutes :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for a linky. My toddler is allergic to raw and partially cooked egg but we normally get round that when she's not at nursery. Will be back if I do any free from foods though :)
ReplyDeleteBrilliant idea for a linky :)
ReplyDeleteYes, what a great idea for link!
